ON THE EDGE OF LEGALITY

The board of fascism works on the edge of legality, from there, in that twilight zone tempts the government, it challenges the legality, it is building a kind of power that opposes the revolutionary power. The tactic is not new; it was used on the prolegomenon of april’s coup, it was pushing legality and gradually it reached the gates of Miraflores.

The oligarchs led by the faction of the facists capriles-leopoldo move forward in their pro-coup plan. Ignorance of the court order and disobedience to the Supreme Court are a serious step towards the road to the unacquainted with the government, of its legality, it leads to a violent outcome. It is similar to when in a public event they do not follow the enabling legislation. It is a pre-coup. The board of fascism clearly begins to function as a major state of the gringo-occupation.

We know it, Allende illustrates it, that peaceful revolutions live on the edge of legality, oligarchy is only respected when is weak, then, it uses of sabotaje, when it gets a little strength, when it accumulates a little power attacks legality. Thus, the good sense of Revolution is to be prepared for this blow, not being naïve, not thinking that oligarchy is democratic and respects the law. No, they have no law but the empire's interests.

Now, it is imperative that the Bolivarian mass mobilizes, that workers and peasants take the political moment we are living, and over any subordinate goal manifest in a militant way, on the streets, with the fury of the wounded motherland, the will to defend the government, Commander Chavez and Socialism; which is the way to defend our Motherland. Only mobilization will stop the coup, it will preserve peace.

The fascist oligarch and the empire must understand that if they dare, if they insist on the game of democratic rhetoric and practice coup, to use the law to prepare its violation, if they persist with april’s game, we will find a formidable wall in the defense of our future. We will not give our Nation.

We will defend peace with the only way possible, by showing the gringos that their plans will turn out so expensive here that they are not viable; that if they dare, the continent will become in a redemptive flame, it will not be more boundary that the dignity of peoples, we all will be brothers, the whole continent that condemns imperialists and their lackeys. Then, the fire of decorum will forge our Great Motherland, the one that liberators dreamed of.

Do not mess with our motherland, these oligarchs do not accept CNE, but they use it for unknown their purposes, they do not recognize highest courts, they talk about the coup shamelessly, they accuse Chavez of anything, and propose assassination. It is time to make them feel that if they dare, if they break the law, we do not seize by surprise, we will be ready to deepen, from capitalism will not be left stone unturned.
