The U.S.A.’s sanctions against out motherland must be studied carefully. Plenty of questions emerge immediately. Let’s see.
What are the intentions?
The measures are so vague and indefinite that they give a political signal character instead of an economical effect. Thus, we can deduce that -on one hand- they try to satisfy the inner requirements of gringos: reinforcing the though image of obama, removing flags to the extreme right sectors and raising points in sector where people confronts their crisis, crying out a turn to the extreme right.
In any case, they intervene in our domestic politics trying to activate the Nicaragua’s effect: the fear as the people’s decisive factor. They threaten with further sanctions, leaving in uncertainty as far as they can: Libya or Iraq? That is the most important statement of USA’s communiqué, it gives it meaning.
In this way, they try to sow a mental instability, the fear in the great sectors of the Venezuelan society, and Chavez as the “perturbing factor”: to get rid of him would be “to recover tranquility”.
Undoubtedly, we are facing a finely craft maneuver. This is just the first step, the enemy is wise, clever and has no scruples… and another question immediately arises: How to cope the developing aggression?
Excellent were the statements that the Chancellor and the Energy and oil minister gave during the press conference: the line is to defend sovereignty, our motherland, and Revolution. We are proud to have a government that is not afraid, and does not kneel down; on the contrary, it grows against the bites of the northern empire.
But to the fascist imperial aggressions there is only a way to tackle it: a huge national mobilization of patriotic reaffirmation, socialist and “chavista”, and the clear determination of the oil workers to defend their industry and society.
Only by demonstrating in practice to gringos and their fascists’ infiltrators, what are our intentions to defend our motherland, with the same courage and determination of our forefathers, we will crush their attacks. Fascists only stop when facing virile people, they are willing to consecrate everything in the infamous motherland altar.
Fascists move forward face coward people. When they find intolerable the cost of aggression to their public opinion, they will move backwards.
We must prepare to stop the escalation announced with this first signal, the country must be alert, the right will have attitudes of different sings to take advantages of the onslaught gringa, that is a part of their plan.
Then, against the aggression that we are undergoing, the answer is the mobilization and unity around Commander Chavez and Socialism. That is the only way to preserve peace and having our motherland.
If they dare, we have to deepen Socialism, in those conditions there will not be a chance to the coexistence with capitalism. We must move forward, in such way, that the domestic capitalist –the empire’s agents- loose all ability to attack us.
