COMMUNITY COUNCILS AND THE WHIP OF THE COUNTER-REVOLUTION

Reality and history tell us that the empire converts all the field of social life in politics, it means, it converts them to defend its Capitalist system.

There is no corner or social activity used to perpetuate and reproduce the system. The same happens with art, cinema, theater, economy, the social organization; everything is penetrated and put it to their services, or better yet, the entire society is scenery of the savage struggle between Capitalism and Socialism.

Recently, in the front page of a counter-revolutionary paper appears the following news:

“Community Councils formed a front to fight exclusion. Yesterday, a thousand Community Councils that could not be registered in the institution FUNDACOMUNAL have created an organization. There was an assembly carried out at the Brión square in Chacaito, Caracas, and some of the Community Council’s delegates explained their reasons: without that procedure they can not receive the money to do their projects. In some cases, the certification is denied for political reasons. That is why they collected signatures in order to support the legal integration of the Excluded Community Councils National Front.”

In case you would doubt about this movement’s intention; William Ojeda is one of the instigators of this front.

According to Che, the empire has a refined smell to detect what is convenient, what is to be eliminated. The enemy has understood, before us, that Community Councils are political instruments, so in order to carry out their job, they must be merged. The empire fused them in this counter-government antisocialist front using the community work apparel.

The whip of the enemy has spurred Revolution on. Revolution has to step up beyond and it has to organize the Community Councils in a sort of National Network, this is the only way to constitute them in a strong trench to defend Socialism, which is the real defense of the immediate problems.

For Community Councils the only solution to their problems is Socialism, the Party and Government have to make them understand this. If they loose that chance, and our country falls again into the Capitalist hands from the past and today, inevitably the days of spiritual and material misery will come but multiplied by a thousand.

Hence, the fight against the problems in the neighborhood must be the battled for Socialism. Capitalism can not solve the problems that it created.

The task of creating this network of Community Councils is vital and urgent. Capitalism attacks us in that front, the answer is to advance, only that network will be the barrier against the selfishness that grows in isolated Councils, only that network can absorb the teachings, the ideology, and the solidarity that supports Socialism.

To be more precise, never in history we have been so close to Socialism, to the new society, to the new man.

The social-national network of Community Councils and municipalities are an important step towards that direction.

The isolated Community Councils are weak against Capitalist seduction.

CAPITALISM DEFENDS ITSELF

Capitalism is alive and it defends itself. It is naïve to think in a revolution without a savage clash with the Capitalist Empire, with all its variations and ideological statements.

The aggressions of Capitalism to Revolutionary diversions go from direct attempts to slight ideological diversions.

There is a gallery of examples about assassinations: some against Chavez, Allende, and Torrijos, more that six hundred attempts against Fidel and the English recently dust off the assassination of Lenin. From the invasions we can make a world map and there will no be left a place without a stain of disgrace from the Capitalist Empire.

However, The Empire makes the biggest harm inducing the ideological misplacements: those operate in a delicate territory; we have to fight them with essential weapons such as reflexion and study.

There are plenty of fronts in the Bolivarian Revolution; the ideas can express different ideological proposals. They can be identified during the practice; they can be found through their objectives and make conclusions.

Let’s review some news that will serve us to form a description of the characteristics of the ideological confrontation, in order to understand where the exact location of Revolutionary thinking is.

“…Yesterday, the government reiterated that they are measuring to fight speculation and to amplify the State’s participation in the business activity. Last Thursday, they mentioned that the creation of a new Price Law, a Profit Law and a Commercial Law had been studied”.

According to the coexistence proposal between Capitalism and the Socialist forms, the Revolutionary State must control Capitalism. It is like giving a human face to it: that explodes but not that much, which wins but not a lot, which respects Socialism.

Let’s see the “Controlled Capitalism” Attack, this is their answer: Pablo Baraybar, president of the Venezuelan Chamber of the Food Industries (CAVIDEA) declares: “Without the private companies there will not be growth and development. The Government by itself will not do it, neither the private companies. The only way is working together

This is the shared theory about the coexistence of both systems. Later on, he is ready to fight and threats with shortage of supplies, we know that is the coup’s prelude: “We are not against control, but we think that the time is not right to do proving measurements that can cause the shortage of supplies”.

After he made a full diagnosis about how complex is the distribution of food he says: “For the industries, this topic is very complex, arranging the boats, to rely on the vehicles, warehouses and silos. Each company puts there an amount of effort, man-hours and hiring companies. The State does not have those abilities.”

That confession shows how heroic was the creation of PDVAL back in those days, when Revolution fought the enemy shortage of supplies and we took to pieces that coup.

It is evident that Capitalism do not accept control, he is the irreconcilable enemy of Socialism and the enemy of any attempt of giving it a human face.

The coexistence with them can not be a strategy; at most it is a tactic.

CONSTRUCTION OF REVOLUTIONARY HOUSES

The tasks of the government can not be exclusive, it is essential to convert it into a mobilization, into a popular alluvium that completes the huge effort of the State. The construction of homes must be a school of Revolution; it has to be the occasion to toughen the social spirit.

Each work is made into a humanism and socialism chair. The volunteer and collective work is a ray of fraternity which lights up the entire society. That is the road to get to Socialism, spread of homes and social awareness.

From this great task of building homes and the construction of new consciences, it has to emerge newspapers, bulletins, radio shows, and T.V. shows. For each construction made, there must be a study group, million of houses, and a great number of centers of human and Revolutionary overcoming.

The example has to germinate everywhere. The Minister’s council and the Assembly have to rise with their physical effort to build some houses. Deputies must be avant-garde regarding the social work; they have to show that we are active people who find solutions to the problems and we are not defenseless receptacles. We have to show that our people pay love with love.

The communal councils, preferably unified, have to participate with all their effort to the construction of houses. The F.F.A.A. has to be pillar of this effort. Mayoralties, Municipalities, social movements, women, the missions, all together have to be fired and twinned in this housing challenge, with conscience awareness.

The Ministries along with their principal Ministers have to be a part of this wave that has started to be felt. The working class and factories have to be move face to this task. They must be avant-garde.

It is incumbent on the Party and the Patriotic Pole to be the heart of this social excitement and massive housing promotion. It is hard to find a more important job and a more politic and promising job than that: to unify the materialistic needs with spirituality is the only opportunity to move on. From here, it starts the walk towards the safe triumph of 2012.

The volunteer and collective work is the school and the solution.

The emulations will be the work incentive, the best ones will receive morale acknowledgements. Everyday and every minute, the reports of this job have to be deliver. The stragglers have to receive morale encouragement and help, the avant-garde will receive encouragement. They will feel that people from this country, the Bolivar's heir people, have woken up, and they are fighting for their future. The world will be astonished with our achievement.

As important as the construction of houses, it is the excitement dislodged of our collective work; to know that united we can face any problem. According to Bolivar, it is necessary to revive the spirit of Independence, when the patriotic soldiers did not have any other incentive that the emanated to carry out the duty to society, to their motherland. That was the glory.

The gold have to be reached and with it must emerge a new society, a society that is aware of its strength, it must emerge new relations between us, more twinned, Joy!!

Everybody have to participate, there is always something to do, as stick a brick, make coffee, play music, to drive a truck, blend the cement mix. Let us go all to the physical work.

Commander Chávez, we will accomplish the gold and we will build houses, we build us as Socialists.

Is war unavoidable?

Thanks to the shameless Empire and the ONU’s Leadership, plus the voracity for oil and the brutal aggressions of developed countries against Libya, we can affirm with authenticity that we are going into an era where “the law is the force”. The Capitalist Empire in its need for energy infringes all the legal mess that was created by them and substitutes the authority of law for the reign of force.

ONU was divested of all ethics, his president Ki Moon is a puppet that drives himself under in each statement along the evidence that he belongs to a dead organization. The real law, NATO, dominates like a shark all over the world. The capture of energy is its only morale.

It is not necessary to be a geopolitical specialist to conclude that the empire is coming to get the Venezuelan oil; the reserves from the strip are precious loot. We are situated in their “backyard”; gringos consider us a territory that belongs to them, the proximity confers a property letter. The aggression is imminent.

We, the Bolivarian Revolution with a great pacifist character, ask: Is the aggression unavoidable? Is it peace possible? Let us think some answers.

The first thing to understand is that the capture of our country by gringos is rather direct or it is done by the lackeys of the U.S.A. board, but in both ways it will bring misery and disproportionate violence. Gringos are interested in the property of oil, without caring about the citizen’s lives. They mean our lost of nationality and the slavery of our nation. Libya is the mirror of it as well as Iraq, Panama, Afghanistan, Honduras…

The confrontation looks inevitable, but the lugubrious horizon shows hope. It is about the foreign public opinion: paradoxically, there in the heart of the monster is the biggest strength of peace.

The foreign public opinion can not stand that his government unleash a war that costs a great number of death, that is why the Yankee aggression entail implacable bombers, uncrowded airplanes, devastation and only when the possibilities of resistance has been reduced, they send their marines to the ground.

From now on, the only way to stop the aggression of the empire is to be prepared in such way, that the cost of an intervention would be unbearable for his public opinion, making the Vietnam syndrome operates.So, how should we be prepared militarily? How we dissuade them?

The confrontation can not be upheld with the military technology, the empire will be ahead of us. The confrontation must be bear with the so-called “Vietnam War People” or “Diffuse War”, where anyone can be the enemy, where all can cause damage to the invader. Only the organized countries that can resist this can discourage the empire. And the empire can only stop in front of organized and willing societies.

While we have that capacity, while we organize and mobilize to resist that way, we will avoid the war.

CHE AND THE TOOLS

Fidel once qualify Che as a fortune-teller. When the Soviet Union had a healthy image and no one could feel the end of it, Che Guevara told the world: “Socialism is going thought a rough way, it is using the jagged tools of Capitalism to build itself, and that is the way of selfdestruction”.

And it did, the Socialist field crumbled and the world sat and waited the collapse of the lonely Cuba. But the small island resists until today, the Capitalists still predict the fall of the last bastion of Socialism and the fall of the hope of humanity. This fact deserves to be studied.

Why did the powerful and strong Socialist field fell so spectacularly and ashamedly? And why the small Cuba resisted? What does this astonishment relate to Che Guevara's thinking?
Let's see.

Che and Fidel's thoughts mark the last barrier of revolutionary thinking, along them the idea reached unknown limits that even today it is unconceivable a Revolution without rising above the shoulders of these two theoreticians.

What Che taught is numerous and very valuable, maybe one of his most famous teaching is that Socialism can not be constructed with the jagged weapons of Capitalism.

It means that the construction of Socialism is not apart from the instruments that we use to build it. If for the sake of a so-called efficiency we make conssesions of the metodology and capitalist companies, we are promoting the culture, the capitalist spirituality, selfishness, and we are digging the burial of Socialism.

This warning, this teaching of Fidel and Che summarize their whole thinking, from there it can be deduce all its theoretical structure. For them, the main objective of Revolution is the awareness of belonging to society.

According to Fidel Castro we have to make richness with consciouness and not consciousness with richness. Che Guevara proposes: “the moral encouregements are the main weapons to build the new man”.

Nowadays, the elevation of the revolutionary awarness is the compass of Cuban Revolution since the assault to the Moncada Fort and the first steps in Sierra Maestra.

The supreme teaching of these two thinkers is: If we solve the problems that are ahead of us with Socialism and with the masses participation, if every action of Revolution has as object to promote the awareness of belonging to society, the future of Socialism is assured.

However, if we confuse fields with paths, it will take us to fail, history is clear. It is vital for us to hear these warnings of the revolutionary theory and practice.

We have to be careful to not fall into temptation to search materialistic golds, thought the shortcuts that the Capitalist culture proposes. It is necessary to “invent” and to find the own fields of Revolution as we never did. It is necessary to hear the voices of the Revolutionary times.
